Refund Policy Eligibility Criteria
- A student will be eligible to ask for a refund if any of the given requirement is not fulfilled.
- If our online exam-taker fails to attempt your paper on the given date or time then you can ask for a refund.
Note: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must provide us with a detailed and legitimate feedback report about the unsatisfactory service. This report will be reviewed by our team to find out whether or not it meets the refund policy eligibility criteria.
Refund Policy Non-Eligibility Criteria
A student will not be eligible for a refund policy in any of the following circumstances:
- If you have provided us with incomplete or incorrect information that might have led to unsatisfactory results.
- If you have denied to use our services at the last moment or even soon after order placement.
- If you have received unsatisfactory results because of your involvement in our services.
- If a student has not responded timely resulting in a delay of our service.
- If you ask for additional services that were not a part of the initial requirements.
Note: If you want any changes or additions to your services then additional charges will be implemented. However; we won’t be responsible for the results if the additional payments are not made timely.
If you are eligible for a refund policy. Then 15% of the charges will be deduced considering payment transaction processing.
